Fairly mild. I have burned several of these now, and each time they simply burn away in the background unnoticed, and I can't remember what the fragrance was like. I have a little sniff after lighting them, and I don't pick up much - a bit of chemical camphor and benzoin, and some dark tones which may hint at chocolate more than coffee, but nothing much; and then they get forgotten. The current one I keep sniffing, but there's not a lot going on. The sticks are a bit thin. So, not a quality product, and not much use.
